4. Deposits

7. Betting Rules

• Bets are confirmed and binding only once you receive an on-screen confirmation message. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until confirmation is shown.
• The minimum single bet is Rs 50.
• Odds displayed are the odds at the time of bet confirmation, not at the time you began filling out your bet slip.
• In-play (live) bets may be subject to a brief delay before acceptance. Bets placed during this delay may be declined or offered at adjusted odds.

8. Ludo & Skill Games

bet pk offers real-money Ludo rooms and other skill-based games where Pakistani players compete against each other, not against the house. The following rules apply specifically to Ludo and other player-vs-player skill games:

• Ludo rooms use a certified random number generator (RNG) for all dice rolls. Results are generated server-side, encrypted, and cannot be manipulated by any player or by bet pk staff.
• Entry fees are deducted from your bet pk wallet at the moment you confirm your entry to a room. Entry fees are non-refundable once a game has started, except in the case of technical failure on the bet pk platform.
• Prize pools are distributed to winners within seconds of game completion. Tournament prizes may take up to 30 minutes post-tournament to be credited.
• Disconnection during a game: bet pk provides a 90-second reconnection window. Auto-play will handle your turns if you cannot reconnect. Extended disconnections may result in the game being voided and stakes refunded at bet pk's discretion.
• Collusion — coordinating with another player in a Ludo room to disadvantage other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds in the relevant game.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet pk and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds in serious cases:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods belonging to another person.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the bet pk platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform — any winnings generated through exploitation of an error may be voided.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of your request being verified.

bet pk may close or suspend your account at any time without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
• We reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
